Registered with the Care Quality Commission on 8 July 2024, we may be new as an organisation, but our team brings decades of collective experience in delivering compassionate care.
Our Registered Manager and Nominated Individual, Mrs Phyllis Shiko Antony, recognised a gap in the market for truly personalised, responsive home care services. Having witnessed the challenges families face when seeking quality care for loved ones, she assembled a team of dedicated professionals who share her vision of care that goes beyond basic needs to enhance quality of life.
We chose the name "First Rate Recruit" because it reflects our commitment to recruiting only the finest carers – professionals who don't just have the right qualifications, but who genuinely care about making a positive difference in people's lives. Every member of our team is carefully selected, thoroughly trained, and continuously supported to ensure they deliver the first-rate care our clients deserve.
